1). Per one Breeder, each Breeder is allowed only one farm. Of course, two or more Breeders may share a farm if liked. But staff must be consulted before hand, and things must be approved, such as who is head of the farm, and whom is second in command, third in command, etc. Three people cannot be in charge at once, for that may be too confusing. If the "head" breeder were to leave the farm and go traveling, they may, of course, leave someone else in charge.2.) Fell free to make your farm look pretty. You may do so via thread after your farm board has been created, or PM staff a code to make the board it self look pretty before hand. But please, don't over-do it and go too crazy with it. We don't want others finding troubles reading the font and such because you put too many colors or too many fonts in the text. Just don't push it, really.
3.) Of course, after following these rules, you may create your own standard rules for your farm. You may create them as they seem fitting, but you can't control anyone that comes into your farm; such as, you can't post down that every person that comes into your farm has to have an egg, nor can you post that they must breed their Pokemon, or something of the such.
4.) Currently, you can breed for what ever reason that you want. Your character could be breeding Pokemon to give out to Trainers that could one day make it to the Elite Four and win, or for Co-Ordinators that could win contests very easily with their contest moves. You can also just breed to help populate the region by releasing your new hatchlings, as one part of the plot may be. You may also raise Pokemon for their nessesities, such as Mareep and Flaafy for their wool, Milktank for their milk, perhaps Tarous or even Magimite for what ever reason you may think of! Be creative, none the less.
5.) Of course, it would be greater if you would breed some Pokemon of the same "class"; such as, there are Monster and Water 1 groups. Meaning, someone from those groups can breed with another Pokemon of those groups and produce young. Speaking of, Marill is a Monster and Water 1, while Swampert is a Water 1 and Monster. Those two may breed and produce offspring if they are the opposet gender. Delcatty is a Ground and Fairy, while Mawhile is a Monster and Fairy. If those two are the opposite gender, they can breed. Get to know your stuff, and perhaps Pokemon may come out with some good move sets as well.
6.) If you wouldn't mind, post what current Pokemon you are breeding in your farm, so that way it may be easier to keep track of it instead of trying to remember what Pokemon are breeding. Of course, as there goes for breeding, there are rules for that, too. Read below for details.
7.) All Pokemon breed differently, as well as take longer to rest because of what types they are.
A.) A common Pokemon - meaning a Pokemon that can be easily found - can breed only every three days, because all Pokemon need their rest. You, of course, can keep breeding them afterwards, or just keep letting them rest. It may take over twenty four hours for them to produce eggs, how ever. They can often produce up to five eggs at a time, if able.
B.) Every uncommon Pokemon - Pokemon you may see every day - can breed once every four-five days. Of course, they may take thirty-six hours to breed, depending on how much the Pokemon like each other and you, of course. Sometimes, these types of Pokemon may produce up to three to four eggs a a time.
C.) Most rare Pokemon - meaning Pokemon that aren't seen in the wild except for every so often on a lucky day - may breed once every six days, so not ever person has a rare Pokemon on their hands. They also may take up to forty eight hours to breed, and usually only produce one to two eggs if able.
D.) Unlikely Pokemon - meaning Pokemon that you would never find in the wild, and most likely will have to obintain via trade or a special event - may breed - if able - every eight to ten days, and usually take up to six days to produce an egg, mostly because we don't want these kinds of Pokemon running mad on the site due to reasons that are just fine. These Pokemon, of course, can only produce one egg at a time.
8.) When eggs are brought into the world, staff will post in a thread that you have created that stores all of your Pokemon, items, and such on what eggs you have gotten. Of course, unless your Pokemon bred with a Ditto - then there is a 10%, apparently, that an egg of the parents will be a Ditto - what will come of the eggs will vary. Meaning, if a male Shinx and a female Minun had three eggs, then perhaps two of them were to hatch into a Shinx, whistle the other one was a Minun, or wise versa. You get my point? Also, Pokemon may learn different egg moves from the parents, so sometimes think of that when breeding.
9.) Of course, if you wish, people may leave Pokemon with you to either breed with their own Pokemon, or breed with yours if you are a good enough breeder. People may also, if you want, buy Pokemon or Eggs from you if you wish, or you may auction off Pokemon or Eggs if you think they are valuable enough. Of course, you do not have to sell your Pokemon or eggs to others, nor do you have to breed your Pokemon with other people if you wish.
A.) On the other side, putting different genes into your Pokemon's gene pool is nice, and you are also allowed to "affiliate" with different farms if wanted. You may always either keeps the offspring your Pokemon produce with others, or keep them if the other person is happy. You may also sell your own offspring to others.
10.) We would like that, in your farm, you post a thread of what current Pokemon you have there, so that way customers don't have to go all the way to your PC box or somewhere else like that to see what Pokemon you may have there. That way, it won't be too confusing.
