If you had yet to read his history, Jake has a little brother, and a mother and father just like everyone else. He grew up in Floroma Town, a town that was small. Jake often worked for his parents until he was ten, and went off onto his Pokemon journey. His brother was born when he was around twelve years old, and he adored him. He stayed home for about another year and a half until he traveled to Kanto. Six months later, his family went into debt. So, the teenager unknowingly joined a terrible team - AKA, Team Rocket - and made money to help his family because his parents wanted him to both stay on his journey and keep his traveling money for himself. Well, he worked for Team Rocket from the time he was fourteen, till he was, well, now. But still, at age seventeen, after a few years of sending his family money as well as his Pokemon there, he went to go visit them all.
Only to find the whole place burnt down.
Everyone was presumed dead[minus a few marical people who were able to survive], along with his family and his Pokemon. The convict - or should I say convicts - were none other than Team Rocket and Team Galactic. Of course, Jake thought he was all alone, and that his family was all dead. Well, you bet your but that he was wrong. You see, his family made it out safely with the help of the Pokemon he had, and ended up fleeing to another region[up to you, as of currently]. Now of course, they had heard through the grape vine that Jake had become lost while exploring some cave, and as well presumed dead. Okay, well, as everyone thinks that everyone is dead right now, there is one hope. Jake's little brother, Michael.
Currently, he would be eleven years old, and he is the only one whom thinks that his brother is not dead. His parents were mostly being over protective over their "only" son, and wouldn't let him go traveling around on his journey right at the age of ten, when really he wanted to go searching for his missing brother. So finally, they let him leave, of course, to a new region perhaps. Or what ever the case may be. Either way, he goes searching tot he new region for his older brother.
Now, since Michael hasn't seen his brother since he was merely a year old, he has very little memory of him, and doesn't know what he looks like except from old pictures from when he was young. Vise versa, Jake never really got to see Michael grow up, and though his younger brother looked like him as a baby, they kind of started to look different as he grew older. Now of course, this might be a sap story, but this would actually be interesting. If course, I would like there to be a gap before they meet each other. But still, anyone want to help me out here?
